Dear Members,

It is February already and as we promised the DIT is coming up again!

For new members who are not familiar with DIT, here is a brief explanation about what DIT is. DIT stands for Doorlopen Intern Toernooi (in Dutch), and it literally means a continuous intern tournament. It is our club (LUSV) internal tournament where you will be playing doubles with several different players (decided by the board) against another double. You will play for about 10-15 minutes each round (with a different partner in each round) and the accumulative result (win-loose, total points won) will be be calculated, and at the end of the tournament winners (men and women) will be announced. It is fun and quite intense, and it does not really matter if you are good or bad, just join and play, because sometimes luck plays more important role than your skill! :)

This DIT will be on Wednesday the 22nd of February, started at 20:00. Please sign up just by replying to this email and say that you will join. Is is free, and at the end the winners will get a nice little surprise plus the legendary LUSV cup. After the tournament we will have ALV (Members General Meeting) in the bar upstairs where the board will report all LUSV activities so far (good and bad... :))

And there will be a free drink for members during the ALV! :)
